These terms cover sitesbygeeks.com and the services we provide. Using the site or our services means you agree to them.

The free preview

The homepage preview is free, with no obligation. Until you become a client, the preview remains our property and we may take preview links offline after a reasonable period. If you hire us, the preview becomes the start of your site.

Plans and billing

Our service is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription, at the rates shown on our pricing page when you sign up. There are no long-term contracts: you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Ownership

Your content is yours — your logo, photos, copy, and business information. Once your setup fee and current billing period are paid, the website we built for you is yours too, including your domain if we registered one for you. We keep ownership of our internal tooling, processes, and templates so we can keep using them for other clients.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You won't use our services for anything unlawful or deceptive.

Service quality

We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and online, but no host can promise 100% uptime and no one can guarantee specific search rankings — anyone who does is selling something else. Services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact
